I’m an ER doctor so having enough sleep is crucial for my patients and I, unfortunately, have suffered from insomnia for many years now. 2breathe has given me the tools to regulate my breathing which I really do think was the cause of my years of battling insomnia.

Here are my details: I typically go to bed at 10 PM and fall asleep my own rather quickly (or at least I thought so). Most of my problems are waking up and hour and a half later and not being able to fall asleep again.

It is like having a personal breathing coach with me! By practicing in the day, I am not panicked at night when I need to sleep. My body has learned exactly what to do. I do not even stress now when I wake up in middle of night — I know that I can and will go back to sleep. Really great to be able fall asleep with no medications!
