  1. I have unusual hypertension–possibly nocturnal hypertension not triggered by sleep apnea. Most people’s BP dips at night. My blood pressure rises at night– it’s high when I awaken (>150/80), slowly decreases until about 10 AM when it becomes normal (115/70 or less) and remains normal until about 4 PM. Sometimes my BP is as low as 95/60 during midday hours. Then BP starts to rise again and by the time I go to bed it’s back in the >150/80 range. So far, using RESPeRATE has not affected this pattern (but I’m hopeful). I have an aortic valve problem that may be effected by high blood pressure. My resting HR is 47-51. Do you have any evidence that RESPeRATE is effective for nocturnal hypertension? I’ve been doing my sessions at night, which helps me sleep better but doesn’t seem to be affecting my BP.
