5 Natural Health Books You Must Have!

As the person responsible for writing the content for our health blog I need reliable information at all times. I do have the web that I research and then I have 5 of my “Go To” books on my bookshelf. These books I would highly recommend to anyone who is serious about their health. The 5 books I recommend are all written by physicians.

There are many books out there to choose from. But I would highly recommend these 5 books as a good foundation.

  1. Thanks for the information Eli. I read your articles every day. I just ordered the first 2 books listed that involve plant based diets. My wife and I have read The China Study and other material on the benefits of lifestyle change to a plant based diet. I stress lifestyle change because it is not just a “diet”.
    I thought I was knowledgeable about nutrition until I begin reading what I consider pretty good research on plant based foods and lifestyle changes.
