We are all aware that over exposure to sunlight can pose risks to our health. Experiments conducted using UVA throw a different light on these dangers and suggest that if the blood pressure falls by 2 millimeters of Mercury, the risk of having a stroke can drop by 10% and a Heart attack by 7%.

  1. My wife has been using the respirator faithfully for 6 weeks. When she measures her blood pressure right after the 10 minute breathing program , her blood pressure is extremely high. Is this normal??

    1. Thank you for your question. Even when you exercise your blood pressure does go up for a short time and then comes back down. This is why we always recommend not to check your blood pressure right after doing a session. It does go back down after about 15 minutes. This is normal. I am not sure though by what you mean extremely high.
