    me rid myself of hypertension. The prospect of gaining insight into the Indian healing
    tradition of Ayruvedic Medicine is very exciting to me. Thank you for the articles.

    1. I cut my med in half so far when I began drinking or eating 4 heaping tablespoons of ground flaxseed. I just mix it with about 10 of almond milk or milk. However, at the same time I started using a device used for people that have COPD and or respiratory issues. I bought two different models of breathers on Amazon. One is called The Breather and the other is called Ultrabreathe. They restrict air flow to make you build your respiratory muscles in order to get enough air into your lungs. They have been found to lower blood pressure. They say you’ll get results within 3 to 6 months or less. Eating or drinking ground flaxseed had proven results fairly quickly and some say it dropped their blood pressure by 20 points. Both of these things are on YouTube.

  2. Very interesting article about Arjuna. Regrettably I am on Warfarin and am afraid that the blood thinning qualities of Arjuna would cause me to have a bleed. Since starting Coumadin and then Warfarin over 15 years ago I am a veteran of many bleeds by trying to use many different alternative medical products simultaneously with warfarin without success. The only thing that has allowed me to control my hypertension has been the RESPeRATE device which I swear by. Brought down a rapidly degrading BP of +/- 150 to consistently 100 and below over 60.
