  1. I have read at a number of sites (medical) that one should be very wary of using aromatherapy if you have high blood pressure and other illnesses, especially if you are taking multiple medications, especially high blood pressure medications. These essential oils enter your blood system and will interact with medicines. Please check on this.

    1. Dear Robert, There are actually specific essential oils that you should avoid if you are taking ant-hypertensive medications. Specifically people suffering from high blood pressure should avoid hyssop, rosemary, all types of sage and thyme. This were not listed in the article we recently published.

  2. I noticed you have Frankincense here, and was wondering if Frankincense INCENSE would also help blood pressure. Has there ever been any studies on that?

  3. How do these oils work if not ingested? Merely by apply to the skin? and if so, how much and how often? Where can I find the dosage information?
    Thanks
