I have high blood pressure and have been taking blood pressure medicine for quite a few years to control it. After reading about the RESPeRATE, I decided to try it to see if what I read was true about it lowering blood pressure.

I started using the RESPeRATE on May 8th, 2009 and in one month my pressure started to drop. By July 8th my pressure dropped from 150 over 88 down to the optimum blood pressure level, today July 24th to 120 over 73. I use the RESPeRATE everyday two and sometimes three times. I am very pleased and happy with the results. My doctor is also very pleased with the results and he said that I could discontinue taking the medicine if my pressure continued to remain at the optimum level.

RESPeRATE has made a believer out of me and I want to share it with the people all over the USA who have high blood pressure. I will continue to use the RESPeRATE, and tell people about the fantastic results that have happened for me. I am a former NFL football player and I am also a member of the "Pro Football Hall of Fame."

I've been using Resperate for 10 months now with terrific results.
My blood pressure had been creeping up as I got older and gained weight. I went to six biofeedback sessions ($250.00) and discovered this technique helped me with lowering my blood pressure. The biofeedback therapist showed me a couple of different machines and computer programs and when I saw Resperate advertised online at Costco I thought I'd buy one and give it a try.
I started my pressure was in the 160's/100's range (unmedicated) and now is down to 120's/70's. It was 111/70 when I checked it today!!. I didn't want to take medications so I started walking, changed the way I eat and started to use Resperate. I am now vegetarian (approaching vegan) and I walk for 1 hour at least 5 times a week.
At first my pressure didn't respond (actually went up a little), so I checked this site and figured out what I was doing wrong. Now I do it every morning before I get out of bed, starting between 11 or 12bpm and ending at 4.9bpm usually. I try to practice meditation while doing it by thinking of my "peaceful place" and letting go of all other thoughts. I look forward to doing it each day since it's so relaxing. What a great way to start the day. I've lost 40 lbs and my pressure is back to normal. I have more energy and I can't remember the last time I was sick. Yeah...no meds for me!!!!!!!.

I have been flirting with hypertension for years. I have used acupuncture which was successful for 7 years. Then earlier this year I started to feel like my BP was going up and it was. It was 170/110. I restarted acupuncture again and the BP went down but would not stay down. Then I saw the ad for Resperate. I had seen an ad for it several years ago in a newspaper but nothing recently. I thought it was worth a try. I did all the life style things, like lose weight, reduce salt, stop caffeine but the BP was back up to 170/110 and sometimes higher. So I started it the end of May, and after about 3-4 weeks I started to get BP readings in the 120/87. I use it 5 times a week now or more and sometimes the BP is 149/102, but usually it is 120-130 over 78-85. So I am thrilled. I am not on any medication. I saw an MD the beginning of July and my BP in the office was 132/90. I have learned I need to do it 15 min at a time and not 10 to be able to maintain the BP in the desirable range. Sometimes it is 115/78. So I think it is certainly worth the time and effort.

Treating diabetes with and without high blood pressure.

Topic - Diabetes

Q: Is there a difference between treating someone with diabetes that has high blood pressure and one that only has high blood pressure? A: High blood pressure is one disease and diabetes is another. Together they put an individual at even greater risk for heart disease and stroke. The principles of treatment remain the same but different medications may be used to treat hypertensive diabetics to help prevent kidney disease. The addition of RESPeRATE to prescribed medications can help obtain better blood pressure control in both diabetics and non-diabetics. A new study showing the effectiveness of RESPeRATE in lowering blood pressure...

Medication: Tiazac/ diltiazem (CCB)

Topic - Medication: Tiazac/ diltiazem (CCB)

How Tiazac Reduces Blood Pressure Tiazac (diltiazem) is one of a class of blood pressure medication called Calcium Channel Blockers. Other brand names of diltiazem are Cardizem, Cardizem CD, Cardizem LA, Cartia XT, Dilacor XR, and Diltia XT. Calcium channel blockers block the entry of calcium into the muscle cells of the heart and the arteries. It is the entry of calcium into these cells that causes the heart to contract and arteries to narrow. By blocking the entry of calcium, CCBs decrease contraction of the heart and dilate (widen) the arteries. Other CCB's include Adalat and Cardizem LA and...
