Terms of RESPeRATE Try Before You Buy Program:

  • Authorization. By participating in the RESPeRATE Try Before You Buy program, you are authorizing an initial processing charge of $24.95 plus shipping for a 30 day trial of RESPeRATE. You are also authorizing a 30-day authorization hold for the balance of the full cost of the RESPeRATE model you have chosen which will be held for the duration of your trial period. The trial starts on the day you receive the RESPeRATE device. If you decide to keep RESPeRATE after the end of the 30 day trial period, your credit card will be charged the balance for the full cost of the RESPeRATE model you have chosen.
  • Returns. If you decide RESPeRATE is not right for you, please call a RESPeRATE Customer Care Representative toll free at (877) 988-9388 before the end of your trial period for an RMA number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the RESPeRATE back to us. We ask that all returns include the original packaging with the unaltered product Serial number and UPC barcode on the RESPeRATE box.
  • Refunds. During the evaluation period, you have the chance to fully evaluate RESPeRATE and utilize our Customer Care by calling (877) 988-9388. The initial processing charge of $24.95 plus shipping is non-refundable.
  • Sales Tax. NY/NJ Residents will be charged sales tax.
  • Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims. All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you. We prosecute all credit card frauds to the fullest extent of the law.
  • All Rights Reserved. InterCure, Inc. (manufacturer of RESPeRATE) reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and other Policies at its discretion or enforce them against any customer it believes is abusing them. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Terms and Conditions on www.resperate.com.   • Additional Terms. RESPeRATE Try Before You Buy program may not be combined with any other programs or promotional offers. Available to US residents only. One participant per household.
