All items purchased from our website are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return RESPeRATE for any reason for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery; provided that:

* To obtain warranty/return service, contact RESPeRATE at support@resperate.com for shipping instructions and a return material authorization (RMA) tracking number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA.

* The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents or wear in its original packaging.

* We will refund your purchase price less shipping, handling, insurance and restocking fee of $40.00 to help defray the cost and refurbishment and revision of RESPeRATE.

* Securely pack the product in its original packaging, and provide a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

* Send the product to the address provided with the RMA.
