For purchases made directly from InterCure (the manufacturer of RESPeRATE) we guarantee that if you use RESPeRATE as
recommended and do not see a reduction in your blood pressure, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full
refund of the purchase price (less shipping). We ask that
all returns include the original packaging, with the unaltered product, serial number and UPC barcode on the RESPeRATE box.
Any damage to the red and white RESPeRATE box will result in a $5.00 charge.
- RESPeRATE items (RESPeRATE for one user, RESPeRATE Duo, RESPeRATE Carry Case, and the RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended Warranty) will be refunded in full (less shipping) within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-RESPeRATE items are refundable under the same 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee (less shipping), but have a 15% restocking charge.
- Books are not eligible for returns.
Processing Returns
In order to process a return please do the following:
- Call the RESPeRATE Customer Care department at 1-877-988-9388 within the return period
- Please have your Order Number ready
- For your record write down the RMA#________
- Detach the bottom portion of your packing slip and use it as a return label
Shipping
You will be charged $14.99 for shipping and handling. If you select rush shipping, you will be charged an additional $10. Rush shipping should arrive in two business days. Orders made before 11:30am EST will ship same day.
Sales Tax
New York residents are subject to an 8.35% sales tax. New Jersey residents are subject to a 7% sales tax.
Reselling Policy
RESPeRATE.com visitors are prohibited from reselling, repackaging, giving away or otherwise redistributing RESPeRATE devices,
accessories or related products on the RESPeRATE.com website. This site (including the User Forum) is not intended as a
consumer-to-consumer commercial marketplace.
Insurance
RESPeRATE is an eligible health care reimbursable expense under the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) programs.
A
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows consumers to deduct pre-tax dollars from their paychecks and deposit those funds in employer-sponsored accounts to pay for medical expenses - including over-the-counter, prescription, and vision health essentials.
A
Health Savings Account (HSA) lets you set aside pre-tax dollars for future medical, retirement, or long-term care premium expenses. Invest these funds as you wish within a broad range of choices, then use them for qualified expenses. The funds can roll over from year to year. You take them with you when you change jobs.
Warranty
InterCure’s (the manufacturer of RESPeRATE) standard warranty includes repair or replacement of any new RESPeRATE device within 1 year of the original retail purchase if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
With the
RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended Warranty program, FREE repairs and replacements are covered for an additional 2 years (for a total of 3 years). In addition, all shipping and handling charges are on us.
The
RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended Warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of delivery and is only valid with purchase of a new RESPeRATE or RESPeRATE Duo device. Save your packing slip as proof of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty can only be purchased within the 30 day return period for a RESPeRATE or RESPeRATE Duo device.
This warranty is not valid for any pre-owned or refurbished units or units purchased from any other company aside from InterCure. Any purchase of a
RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended warranty which does not fall under the aforementioned requirements will be refunded, and null and void.
Replacement or repair will be at InterCure's sole discretion. RESPeRATE accessories are not covered by any warranty of InterCure.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Normal wear and tear; products that are modified or subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress; misuse; neglect; alteration; improper handling, repair or testing.
All RESPeRATE products must be used in accordance with instructions for use and properly serviced as required in the owner's manual in order to be eligible for warranty protection.

For prompt warranty service, call 1-877-988-9388 (for UK inquiries call 0800-177-7778). A Customer Care representative will give you detailed instructions on how to fulfill your RESPeRATE warranty.
Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of the express warranties set forth in this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Remedies
In no event shall InterCure be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, the claims of third parties, and cost of any substitute equipment or services.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
