Beverly R. I have been using Resperate since October 31, 2007. After using it for 3 weeks, since my blood pressure was in a good range using 5 mg of amlodipine besylate (generic Norvasc), I asked my doctor if I could do a trial of cutting the dosage in half (hopefully reducing or eliminating troublesome side effects) and continue using the Resperate machine along with it. He was agreeable to the test. The first few weeks my blood pressure went up a small amount but then for a couple of months was as good as it had been at the higher dose. I was still unhappy with the remaining side effects, so switched 2 weeks ago to a different medication, Diovan, where, along with the Resperate machine, I am so far maintaining an acceptable blood pressure again using just half of the lowest dose pill. So mine is a success story to date! I have found the Resperate machine to do more for me than just assist my blood pressure control. First of all, it has provided me with a new skill to be able to consciously look at my breathing pattern when I become upset or stressed, and choose to breathe like I am taught by the machine instead. This has been a great help to me. Years ago, once my body flipped a "stress trigger", I had no way to turn it off. I could feel the physical changes, even the "chemical/hormonal dump" into my system, but I had no means of stopping it. I have since learned to flip that trigger much less often through proper thought patterns, but if it was triggered, I still couldn't turn it off. That is, until using the Resperate machine. I am amazed and very pleased that most of the time, as I feel the start of the "chemical/hormonal dump", I can actually stop it by paying attention to and altering my breathing pattern (along with the thought pattern correction and prayer, that were already used). I am equally amazed and pleased with the second "extra" benefit - correction of poor illness-induced breathing changes. I have experienced recurrent respiratory infections off and on for years and have a significant sensitivity to certain allergy triggers. I noticed I would subconsciously go into a very shallow breathing pattern as a protective response to exposure to those triggers. What I did not realize was how terribly altered my breathing pattern had become all the time. After a chemical exposure last summer set off 4 months of infection (6 rounds of antibiotics), I was given a cat scan that revealed an existing condition called bronchiectasis, a condition where one section of my airway is permanently broken down. The first several months I used the Resperate machine were somewhat frustrating, even though it was effective. The "voice" would constantly tell me "Don’t hold your breath", "Breathe Evenly - In, Out". I couldn't discern that I was holding my breath and I was unable to breathe any smoother because of my lung condition. About 2 month ago (after may 5 months of Resperate use) I realized the "voice" was no longer telling me to breathe evenly. Some of that was increased healing from the effects of the infection last year, but much of it was that my breathing had been retrained to be smoother again, not choppy and catching like it had been. I often think your marketing efforts should be directed to Pulmonologists as well. I think everyone with lung disease would gain great benefit from this machine. The third pleasant but unexpecting benefit was the improvement to my singing. I sing in the church choir and since the last couple years of respiratory problems had totally lost my breath control for singing. I was constantly taking extra breaths, often just coming in on a phrase to accentuate key notes since I couldn't maintain breath control for a full line. I was totally unable to sing real softly. My voice would just break up. My breathing pattern is now relaxed and I can again sing a full line with everyone else. And my soft voice has returned. (The breaking up turned out to be tied to laryngeal/pharyngeal acid reflux, which once treated has improved as well.) So I am thankful for all this product has helped me achieve. |

Edward M. Housman, MA I have been using RESPERATE for 6 months now -- every day. When I saw your ad (a popup on Yahoo) I asked my cardiologist if this was for real. He responded that it seemed to be sponsored by a doctor at Harvard, but did not endorse it. I bought it anyway and have been using it for 15 minutes daily. Before I started I was registering troublingly high blood pressure for months -- not good for a person like me who had a CABG surgery (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft). Your claim that there would be noticeable results in a few weeks was wrong IN A GOOD SENSE. My blood pressure returned to normal in a few days! Shocking. Yes I told my doctors, but they did not appear impressed. I guess since this is not a medical procedure recognized by the AMA, they cannot ethically recognize anything that is not standard medicine. The results are not phony. I get my blood pressure taken professionally at the Martha's Vineyard hospital three times a week, and have records that say my BP was over 170. It is now normal, consistently normal, varying slightly around 110/50. Now, every night before bedtime, when I slip the sensor around my stomach and the earphones to my ears, it reports 110 minutes of use that week, and my starting number is 7.5 breaths per minute. The 15 minute "workout" is very pleasant, and the tensions of the day slowly disappear. Often after the session I just sit there and enjoy the peaceful state that the process puts me in, a kind of ... well, a state between being awake and asleep. I am a retired software developer and I can understand what your programmers have done, and I congratulate them. |

David Coughlin, OR OK. Here goes the first endorsement for any product that I have ever written. Male, age 64; Height: 6 ft; Weight: 180; Occupation: lawyer: Background: college and pro football player; 40 year history as endurance athlete, including mountaineering, running, triathlons and cycle racing. Work out daily for all these years. Blood pressure before Resperate: 150-160/130-140. Even after several years of meds it stayed high. After a week of Resperate it was down significantly. After 3 weeks it was down to 120/80 virtually every day. Last night it was 110/70. I use it twice a day for about 10 minutes each session and have only missed one session(travelling) , usually about 4.6 to 5 breaths per minute each session. I intend to wean myself off the meds with my doctor's advice and use Resperate the rest of my life. I have let my doc use it and he is convinced after seeing my results and is recommending it to other patients. So if people can set aside 15 to 20 minutes per day it can save their life. I'm convinced. |

Hazel, WA Thanks to Resperate my bp is now normal, and that's the good news...the better news is that I suffer from anxiety attacks and it has helped me so much to calm my nerves and reduce the amount of times I get them. I started using it for 15 min a day and as I got more used to using it, I jumped up to 30 minutes a day at least 6 times a week. I got the device back in January of last year (07) and before I started using it my bp readings were around 160's/90's and now my readings are so much lower, actually I just took a reading which I have right in front of me and it's 117/70! I've recommended it to a lot of people I know that have the same problem I used to have. I really love this machine, it has improved my quality of life in so many different ways, it has reduced my general bp. I also had slight white coat syndrome which is virtually gone, and now it is helping with what's been my biggest problem - Resperate reduces my anxiety and the frequency of attacks. There was a time when I used to be afraid to take my blood pressure because I knew it would be sky high, now thanks to this device, those days are gone. |

Sam, FL I have been using Resperate for the last 3 months and want to share the results of it with you. For many years I battled high blood pressure. I was taking the maximum dose allowed by my cardiologist of Toprol and Mavik. At my last visit to my physician, he added a third prescription to see if my blood pressure would come down. Needless to say, I was stressed out by the thought of adding a new drug to my body. Well, I tried the extra medicine. It did not do anything. Then I went to the Internet to research the topic and there is where I found you. I decided to order the Resperate machine and have been using it steadily for the last three months. It has worked for me beyond my best expectations once I faithfully followed your instructions. In addition to the Resperate breathing exercise, I also decided to cut all added sodium from my diet, this was rough!. But I must report to you that my blood pressure has come down to the point that I have reduced my prescription medicine to less than half! I used to be on 3 medications before Resperate and by using the device I was able to gradually eliminate 2 of them and now I'm down to only half of 1! Finally after all these years my blood pressure is under control! I think my success has been a combination of Resperate and the elimination of sodium from my diet. Now I am the happiest man or earth! I will keep Resperating as long as I have to and will talk to my physician about it on my next visit. FYI I will also let you know that I that jog 4 miles a day and keep a strict vegetarian diet. |

Gail, CA This is a big thank you for saving my life. I had a stroke in 1997 from uncontrollable blood pressure and improper medication. Throughout the years I have been on many different medications and as of October, 2007, prior to using Resperate, my blood pressure was around 189/95 with taking the following medications: Diovan 2 x daily, Lotral, Clonodine, Hydrochlorothiazide, Coreg 2 x daily and 81 aspirin. I started using Resperate the beginning of November, 2007 and saw results in one week with my blood pressure going down to 138/86. I use the device 4 times a week and it's been 8 years since my blood pressure has been this low. Thanks to Resperate I started reducing my medication, under control by my cardiologist, gradually. My visit to the Doctor this week was amazing. I have eliminated 2x Coreg and 1x Diovan and my blood pressure was 126/85 at the end of the day. I am now reducing the strength of Lotral. All because of Resperate. I absolutely love this machine, I already recommended it to one of my friends who now has it. It is so simple and so easy to use, it's really a no-brainer that anyone with high blood pressure should absolutely try it. I might add that my age at the time of the stroke I was only 54, weighed 125 lbs and exercised daily. I have been through awful medications some had me to move from the couch or minoxidil that had me growing hair like an ape! |

Gail M., SC I am glad I decided to purchase Resperate. I preferred to monitor my blood pressure from home & when I noticed it was on an upward trend I went into panic mode due to my adversity to taking medication and concern for my health. I started researching on all the ways to control the pressure. I found herbal offerings on line but didn't trust them. I looked into Resperate's claims and found myself very interested when I saw that it was endorsed by Dr. Andrew Weil, a name I knew & trusted. I thought it was a bit pricey but then I figured how much blood pressure medication would cost. I decided it was worth a shot. I went ahead and ordered it. I started exercising a little each day, dropped caffeine and salt from my diet (don't use alcohol) and committed myself to lose pounds no matter how little and long it takes. Resperate is simple to use, the only effort was to put aside the 15 minutes. I read all the directions thoroughly and in only two weeks my pressure was back under control. I tried to use the Resperate daily and I went from the low 150's over mid 80's to high 130's over high 70's and I am not done yet. I can clearly see that the combination of this entire effort is a good equation for me. No regrets here. |

Doug, KY Gentle people at Resperate...I have dropped my blood pressure in the past three weeks to 110/66, pulse 55. Last time I visited the Doctor's office, it was 140/90, pulse 72. I started using the machine a few days after that. I'm very impressed with the results and will discuss Resperate with my doctor. Perhaps he can wean me off the blood pressure medication at some point in the future. I'm quite impressed with your company and you people are very kind. I'm going to stay with this Resperate machine for a long time. I think this is an extremely useful machine. |

Thomas, OH I used to be at 170/110 when I first began to use the Resperate, at first I didn't think it would work for me, I was very pessimistic and I was ready to give up and claim my 30 day guarantee. I contacted their customer support department to return it and they offered me some useful advice, they gave me pointers on what I could do to improve my results and encouraged me to continue using it for a couple more weeks; within the next month after that, I saw my blood pressure drop down to 134/71, my confidence and dedication to it just boosted, now I'm regularly in the 130's, that's down about 40 points from when I first started. I first heard of this in a magazine, it was in an article called, "How to lower your blood pressure the easy way." In the article they mentioned how this device had worked for this woman named Deborah K. (last name excluded for privacy) in Colorado. I wanted to reach out to her so I went down to my local library and looked her up, sure enough found her address and I wrote her a letter. Boy, to my surprise a few days later I received a response from her, she wrote me a long letter telling me how she had been using it successfully for 2 years and how it had been recommended to her by her doctor. This gave me the push I needed to actually get it, but once I did, I was still skeptical and like I said I didn't think it would work for me. I was very close to giving up but I'm so glad the customer support department worked with me and were able to guide me to obtain great results. They really changed the negative outlook I had in the beginning and with their assistance I gained the confidence and knowledge to use the Resperate successfully. |

Jillian, CA This device has really made a difference! I didn't have to take any medication thanks to RESPeRATE. I first heard of this device quite a while ago on television during a news segment; that was before I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I didn't need it back then but it did stick in my mind. Unfortunately sometime after that I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and I decided to give this a try in order to avoid having to go on meds. Before I purchased it I did some research on it, I looked at the information on the website, signed up for the 10 Tips and checked out some independent opinions. After liking what I heard about the breathing-related principles behind the machine I bought it and it worked. Before I started using it my blood pressure was up in the 150's, this is mainly because I had sciatica. I was then told to consider medicine to get my blood pressure down, I told them no thanks, no medicine for me...I went about getting it down on my own, used this machine and it did the trick, I really can't say enough good things about this device. |

Judy, CO I like RESPeRATE. I'm very pleased with this device. I've recommended it to three other people who ended up getting it as well. I originally read about it in a magazine and decided it was worth a try, especially after my daughter who is a doctor said to try it. My blood pressure used to be in the 140/80 range, I am now down to 110/75! RESPeRATE also allowed me to lower my medicine. Before I started using RESPeRATE I used to have to take 10 milligrams of Altace, now I only have to take 5 milligrams. I can't believe I've been able to cut my dosage in half thanks to this machine. I'm very pleased, you people have a good product! |

Mary L., Cheasapeake VA I think Resperate is great! I love it, I think it’s wonderful. I’m a retired nurse and I mentioned it to my doctor when I first saw it, a lot of things were going on in my life at the time. I had very labile blood pressure which is very difficult to monitor and control, it was that “white coat” blood pressure, it would sometimes go as high as 140/90 at the doctor’s office. My doctor put me on a low dose of Diovan and I told them that I would really like to eliminate the medicine, that’s when I decided to try Resperate after looking and researching the machine for good period of time. Once I started using it, it really became a welcome lifestyle change; it normalized my blood pressure and I liked immediately how this little device encouraged me to use it consistently by keeping such detailed record of my personal use. I’m a senior and I’ve just experienced the 6 most stressful years of my life, and I’m in my sixties so that tells you something. Just regularly I have a lot of stress, I always have a lot of personal things going on, things with my grandchildren, sometimes even family illnesses and as an elderly person trying to deal with all these things, it could at times get overwhelming on my stress levels and of course my blood pressure. So now that I’ve been using Resperate I am so much calmer and relaxed, it’s funny, family members and friends come up to me and ask me, “How can you do it, how do you handle all this?” I just laugh and respond, “Well, I’ve got this little machine”, and I laugh and they look at me as if I’m crazy until I explain to them what it is. I really would have to say that this little machine has been my saving grace! I used to get really high spike readings, sometimes up to 156/100, but now after using the device for 6 months the peaks and lows have stabilized considerably and at home I’m constantly in the 100/60 range! It also comes into good use if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night like if I'm a little restless from too much stress or can’t sleep, I’ll just take it and go and do a 15 minute session. After I'm done, I'll be so calm and relaxed that I’ll fall right to sleep. That little man’s voice relaxes me so much that just the sound of his voice paired with the melody puts me in an indescribable relaxed mood. This is an additional benefit I wasn’t expecting from this device. As a medical professional and as an individual who has battled high blood pressure for many years I can say that I evaluated this device for a long time before purchasing it, and now I absolutely recommend it to anyone; it’s more than a blood pressure reducing device; it is so simple and so effective, it is truly a lifestyle enhancer. Resperate has been incredibly successful for me in so many ways; I really think this is the best thing I’ve ever purchased. |

Cindy L., FL I purchased the Resperate a few months ago and am very impressed with it and like using it. It even works when I'm not using it, meaning I remember to take deep breaths and slow down during a busy day. I really like it, I enjoy using it, and I feel a lot more relaxed after using it. I had what they call “white coat syndrome”, so basically when I used to go into a doctor’s office my blood pressure would spike up there and remain generally high. It also tended to fluctuate up and down throughout the day. I finally just wanted to nip this in the bud, but in a natural way. I had practitioners in the past give me prescriptions for it but, when I would take those drugs, my blood pressure would drop TOO low since it tended to fluctuate throughout the day. Anyway, I decided to say no to the drugs and proactively bought this device which has finally normalized and stabilized my blood pressure without needing to use prescriptions. I’ve recommended your product to a couple of people I know that have the same problem. |

Joyce, OH I should first tell you that I purchased my RESPeRATE machine very reluctantly hoping that I wasn't being foolish with my money. After using it for about 3 weeks I've seen my blood pressure change from anywhere between 135/90 to 140/110 to what is the current daily reading of approximately 117/70!!! I'm amazed and can't wait to inform my doctor of what's going on. Thank you for this wonderful machine. |

Frank A., AZ For 25 years I was besieged with uncontrollable high blood pressure. Your Resperate solved my problem and SAVED MY LIFE. Before I found Resperate I spoke to doctors about my situation and it seems like alot of them just want to pound your body with pills without realizing that there are other ways to lower blood pressure, and in the meantime people die because they don't know about your Resperate and that's a shame. I would like to let people know that you guys have a marvelous product. I came across one of your ads in USA Today and I said to myself, "Why not, let me take a shot at this". I had been trying for years to control my blood pressure and finally decided to take a shot with your device. My blood pressure used to be in the range of 184/69 constantly, after using Resperate for 6 weeks I got down to 111/59. My doctor was flabbergasted at the change, this thing did the job beautifully. I use it at least 4 times a week, in 15 minute sessions. I have to say, I used to be petrified whenever I would go to have my blood pressure taken. I would think to myself, "Oh my God, what's it gonna be this time"...and now I have no concerns. I'm comfortable and I look forward to it now that I'm going to get a good reading every time. There is no more fear. God Bless Your Firm. |

George, VA I’m contacting your company to let you know what great results I’ve gotten so far with your device. I’ve been using RESPeRATE for about 3 weeks and prior to using it I was getting around the 140’s in the systolic range. I am now down regularly in the 120 /65 range. I’ve also discovered that cutting out coffee in the mornings also allows me to relax more when using it. I’m using it every day, 15 minutes every morning. When I first got it I was hesitant about using it, but I stuck with it, got over the hump and 3 weeks into it I’m glad I did. I just wanted to let you know all about my RESPeRATE success and how quickly it’s worked for me. |

Laurence, CA I am 71 years old and have had high blood pressure ever since I got out of the service. Taking 3 types of meds it was always approximately 170/100. After using RESPeRATE for 6 weeks, my numbers have dropped to 134/83 and are continuing to drop as time goes by. Most people I have talked to are unaware of this great way of lowering blood pressure. I tell everyone I know, but I wish the government would get behind this to let people know officially how to control this medical problem. |

Amy G., CA My blood pressure was 192 over 92. I became so alarmed and frightened each time I took it that I wanted to stop checking it all together. I’m healthy and thin. I also work out and swim but my doctor still insisted I take BP meds as a precaution. There was nothing else he could suggest. I then saw an ad on your website, checked the Physicians’ Desk Reference, and saw that it was the only non med way to cure high BP. I ordered RESPeRATE and within about 2 to 3 weeks my blood pressure had gone down to 140-150 over 75-85. It has now been over 2 years and my last BP reading was 117 over 69, quite a markdown...thanks RESPeRATE. |

William, GA I want to thank you at InterCure for the RESPeRATE. My blood pressure has been high for a few years and using the RESPeRATE breathing exercises has made a remarkable change in lowering my blood pressure. It was by chance I bought an out of town newspaper and found an ad about a young woman who used RESPeRATE to lower her blood pressure. I called the 1-800 number to order and Fed Ex delivered it in a few days. I used it almost an hour at a time, every day and within 6 weeks my blood pressure went from 157/97 to 138/86. I kept using RESPeRATE and my blood pressure lowered to 126/83 then to 122/82 and then to 120/82. Now my blood pressure is normal and I owe it all to you. Using RESPeRATE and the breathing exercises caused me to relax more and to calm my nerves. I am 60 years old and have retired from working at the Georgia-Pacific Paper Mill for 38 years. I’m healthy now and my blood pressure is now normal. I’m glad the RESPeRATE reached us down south. It has been so good in lowering my blood pressure that I bought another one to keep. Thank you very much. |

Bill, IL This device is amazing. I have been using RESPeRATE for 3 weeks now and see an 11% drop in both systolic and diastolic readings as well as a narrowing of the standard deviations of the readings when comparing the first ten readings to the last ten readings. In summary, my blood pressure is lower and more consistent. I never really had a major high blood pressure issue, just a slight occasional elevation into the 130/85 range. Now, it's consistently 103/70. I use the device for 15 minutes both in the AM and PM. I would much rather use this approach than take a pill. Thanks. |

Dr. Patricia, MO After two years of using RESPeRATE daily, my blood pressure is now 114/60 (at least 30 points less than in the beginning) and I'm down to 1 blood pressure pill instead of 4. I attribute this to RESPeRATE. I'm 76 now, and for 30 years my blood pressure never reached less than 145/90 until I found this device. I use it once a day, every day for a little more than 2 years and since I started using it my blood pressure has been creeping down. As it kept going down I eliminated more pills one by one! My blood pressure right now runs in the range of 110/60 but before I started using this machine it used to be in the 160/90 range. I've even told my Dr. about it so he can recommend it to other patients. It's funny, when I tell people about it sometimes they tell me, "well this machine is kind of expensive" and I laugh. I respond by telling them "well, I used to pay $400 a month in blood pressure medicine and I'm no longer doing that, I'm actually saving a lot more now." At the time I started this, I knew that I had to take charge of controlling my blood pressure. Medicine was not doing it for me and had me feeling wobbly, dizzy and nauseated. I couldn't do anything and I didn’t want to live like that. I decided to give RESPeRATE a try and I'm glad I made that decision. There is one side effect that comes with using RESPeRATE, it's a psychological one - the great feeling I get from finally being in control of my blood pressure! |

J. Scott Apter, PA Resperate helps me to relax, slow my breathing and get my blood pressure down. It's simple, convenient and it works: Just strap the breathing sensor around your chest, put on the headphones and the device will play musical tones telling you when to breathe in and out. Using it, I lowered my blood pressure by 15/10 points. That fact alone makes Resperate an amazing device. |

Walter Pfeiffer, KS I'm really happy with RESPeRATE. I use it every single morning, 7 days a week, and do 15 minute sessions from beginning to end just like the machine tells me. I'm happy that I'm seeing good results. I used to be really high around 180 and sometimes I'd hit 190. I've seen a drop of about 15 pts and now I'm down in the 160's all thanks to this machine. It has helped me a lot and I recommend this to anyone with high blood pressure. I was on medicine and it wasn't doing anything for me, then I heard about this. I was skeptical at first but I figured it was worth a try since the pills weren't working. Now that I've seen RESPeRATE actually works, it's made me a believer and I'm telling people about it. |

David, MI I believe the RESPeRATE was instrumental in lowering my blood pressure to an acceptable range within a short period of time (several months). I had let my blood pressure rise into an unacceptable range of 145/95. Even though I became more diligent in exercising and taking a daily medication for hypertension, I did not physically feel better. Once I began a daily routine of using breathing exercises with Resperate I could feel the difference. I felt better physically. My last Doctor’s exam confirmed what I felt: My blood pressure was a very acceptable 124/72. |

Richard, MN II first developed high blood pressure more than 10 years ago, at the age of 48. Both my parents developed it at the same age that I did so I was predisposed to have the condition. As with most people you start out with one medication and then another and another until you are at 3-4 to try and keep the levels in the safe range. I run 2 miles every day on a treadmill for a cardiovascular workout and I eat heart healthy. But, nothing seemed to help lower my 150/95 blood pressure. In November of 2006 my doctor wanted to put me on yet another medication to try and lower my blood pressure to 120/80. I told him that I wanted to wait before adding another pill. When I returned home I went to the Internet and searched for, “How do you lower blood pressure”, and RESPeRATE came up. I read through the entire web-site and all of the testimonials and said that this is too good to be true. It probably won’t work for me. But, I had tried everything else so why not try this. I ordered my unit and it arrived a few days later. I read the simple directions and started the next morning after my workout. The directions said that it would take 8 weeks for me to see the full benefits of the therapy. It has now been 24 weeks since I started using RESPeRATE and the results have been amazing. I went for my annual physical yesterday and my blood pressure was 118/82. The nurse was so surprised that she said, “I must not have taken that correctly”, so she waited and took it again. Same results 122/80. She said that’s amazing. Your weight is the same as last time but 6 months ago it was 145/92. What’s the secret? I said it’s called RESPeRATE and I attribute the numbers to that and only that. She had never heard of it and neither had the doctor when he asked me what I was doing differently to control my blood pressure. I told him that my goal was to reduce some of the medications I was taking if I continue to show good numbers. He agreed with me. Not only does RESPeRATE lower your blood pressure but it also relaxes you. It really makes you feel that you are doing something positive for yourself. I totally endorse RESPeRATE and would recommend that every one with high blood pressure give it a try. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. |

Roger, GA I have been using RESPeRATE three to seven times per week for the nine months since receiving it as a gift from my son in December 2005. My blood pressure had generally been only slightly above 120/80, but was a concern because of family history. Since using RESPeRATE, my blood pressure has generally been less than 110/75. In addition to the benefit of lowering my blood pressure, I have come to enjoy the daily fifteen minutes of solitude and relaxation. I recommend that anyone with blood pressure concerns consider using RESPeRATE in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program. |

Abed, NJ As a litigation attorney, I have been searching for years to control the stress associated with my job. I finally found it in RESPeRATE. I use it three to five times a week. Since I have been using it, my stress has been under control. When the pressure is overwhelming, I take fifteen minutes to do my breathing and I am a new person, energized and ready to battle. RESPeRATE helps you focus and meditate for a better mental well being. I think everyone should have one.

Doris, NY Many thanks to my daughter for buying me RESPeRATE for Mothers’ Day. Before using the device and while on meds, my BP was 150/90. Just two weeks after I first started using RESPeRATE , it just so happens that I got my blood pressure checked in a mall and my BP was 120/70. Using the device over the last year, I found it to be very effective in lowering my blood pressure. My systolic number now fluctuates now from 120 to 130. I am still on my meds but the RESPeRATE device helps a lot. |

Gene, IL RESPeRATE is a life enhancer as well as a life preserver. I'm from a medical family and have always been the one in the family to delve into alternative treatments and resources. Because of my prior positive experiences with yoga and natural childbirth, as well as biofeedback, I just knew RESPeRATE was worth my investment. I was right. I have been using it for over a year, and I find it's a natural balm for my mind as well as my body. I've become so conditioned to my daily sessions that as soon as I see the machine, I anticipate its calming response. I've become a pro at using RESPeRATE while I watch television, and I find that I can relax through even the most upsetting news shows! I've recommended RESPeRATE to some other family members, some of them physicians, and each one of them is pleased with the process as well as the results. I consider RESPeRATE an integral part of my health and fitness routine, and I truly enjoy the meditative time I spend using this wonderful invention! |

Katherine, GA RESPeRATE has been dramatically effective in lowering my blood pressure. I had been taking medication before starting the RESPeRATE, and am now down to only taking a water pill, to be on the safe side. If I continue to improve, at my next appointment in January, we will stop the medication altogether. I also have changed my diet, started a regular exercise routine and meditate twice a day, which is when I use the RESPeRATE. You can call me the poster girl for the RESPeRATE. I can't begin to recall the number of people I have told about it and the excellent results I have seen from it as part of a healthy program. RESPeRATE is extremely helpful. Thank You!

Michael Klausner, PhD After carefully reviewing the most impressive studies and testimonials, I purchased RESPeRATE and am delighted with the results. I ceased blood pressure medication and have been having the University nurse monitor my BP. From a high of 155/90 it came down to 118/82! I am familiar with Yogic Pranyama breathing but agree that it is difficult to maintain fewer than 10 bpm coupled with increased exhalation. Your device is a remarkable one in that it gives immediate feedback to the user which in itself is very rewarding. Widespread use of RESPeRATE by people with hypertension could save them and the government hundreds of millions of dollars in medication costs. The device is simple, easy to use and takes a minimum of time. It also may provide health benefits in addition to lowering blood pressure. Congratulations to you for developing such a remarkable, beautiful and life-changing product. |

Betty, VA I am a registered nurse and for years my blood pressure has been high. Even with all kinds of medication it was never stable. Along with the Instability of the pressure the side effects to the medication were terrible. I received information on the "RESPeRATE" and bought it. I have been using it 5 days a week at 15 minute intervals and take 50 mg of Atenonol. My B/P is a healthy 128/80. At first my physician resisted the idea but after seeing the results he wants to take a look at it. |

Sherri, WA I have been using RESPeRATE for 6 months and have had wonderful results! After taking a beta blocker for 25 years, I was able to gradually discontinue it with the help of my naturopathic physician and a cardiologist. My blood pressure readings are now primarily under 120/75 and the side effects from the beta blocker (hair loss) are diminishing. Horray! Starting the day by listening to the lovely melody from the RESPeRATE is a wonderful way to quiet the mind and body. Also, exercise, healthy eating, and consciously slowing my breathing when stressful conditions arise have helped. Thank you, RESPeRATE! |

Michael W., SC I am a 44 year old male who has had problems with my blood pressure that date back to my early twenties. On average, my blood pressure would be 160/100 and would not go down even if I sat still for an hour. I had been on medications in the past but they robbed me of energy and I just could not function on them. Approximately one month ago I was admitted into the hospital with blood pressure of 180/115 and they lowered it before they would release me. At that point I began to search for anything that could help. I am very active and watch what I eat. I also walk and run every night and I am not overweight. I am just one of the unlucky ones that has a family history of high blood pressure. I had tried other products with zero luck until I found RESPeRATE. I would not have believed the results
had I not read the measurements with
my own two eyes. Although I was on
medication at the time, my blood pressure
was still averaging 150/90 on a good
day. After a few weeks of using RESPeRATE,
my blood pressure dropped to 120-130/80-86.
This product works. That I know! |

Paula, IL RESPeRATE has changed my life. When I retired from work my doctor discovered that I suffered from hypertension. My blood pressure was 210 over 110 which was just outrageous and my doctor immediately put me on medications. I was very scared because I knew high blood pressure could lead to stroke and so many other health problems. After almost 20 years of consistently adhering to a medication regimen and a daily fitness program, my blood pressure was still high – at least 165/88 mmHg – so two years ago I entered a clinical trial for RESPeRATE at the Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. At first I didn't believe it would really do anything, but I was completely won over. RESPeRATE did wonders for my blood pressure. By the end of 30 day clinical trial, my blood pressure dropped down to an amazing 122/74 mmHg, something neither the medication nor the exercise had ever been able to do. After the trial ended I kept my RESPeRATE device and I have been using it every single day ever since. I love RESPeRATE because it is the only thing that could finally get my blood pressure under complete control, and I also find it extremely relaxing. When I come home from the gym I have my shower and my lunch, then I sit down on the sofa and put my feet up and put my RESPeRATE on and just relax – it’s just lovely. It’s the best part of my day – when I don’t have to think about anything else and I can just enjoy those 15 minutes of breathing exercises. It is such a relief to finally have my blood pressure at a normal level and to not have to constantly worry about all kinds of medical problems. I believe very strongly in the benefits of RESPeRATE; it has had a profound affect on my health and I plan to continue using it for a very long time.

Sylvester, IL I have a family history of blood pressure. Both my parents suffered from high blood pressure. Because I suffer from type 2 diabetes, I knew that even relatively mild hypertension greatly increases the risk of blindness, kidney failure, stroke and other serious conditions. When I discovered in my early 50s that my blood pressure was high, my doctor immediately prescribed medication to help control it, beginning what has become a lengthy quest to discover the most appropriate medication. Even after trying about five different medications, my blood pressure still averaged 157/92 mmHg. I have never smoked and I made adjustments to my lifestyle to help improve my blood pressure, but I still found that I was unable to reduce my blood pressure to a safe range until I enrolled in a clinical trial for RESPeRATE, a non-drug medical device for the adjunctive treatment of high blood pressure at the Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. As I became familiar with the device I discovered that it decreased my blood pressure significantly. Over the course of the study, my blood pressure went from 157/92 mmHg to a much healthier 140/73 mmHg. I found the treatment enjoyable and a pleasant experience. I think the RESPeRATE is very helpful in controlling my blood pressure in a way that medication alone was unable to do. I find the breathing exercise with the RESPeRATE to be very pleasant and the overall benefits to be substantial. |

Barry L, NH I am very impressed with the customer service people I have talked with at RESPeRATE and cannot remember ever dealing with more helpful and friendly people. Your representatives seem genuinely caring and concerned about the people who are using your product. On the occasions I have spoken with them, they have been extremely courteous, patient, and I come away thinking this is a company who puts people first and profits second. That is a rarity in today's business climate. Thanks again for all your help. |

Virginia, IL I received my RESPeRATE approximately three weeks ago and I am very pleased with the results. Before using RESPeRATE my blood pressure was 170/90 and now my blood pressure reading is 128/65. How is that for results ? When Dr. Marek spoke to us about RESPeRATE, I didn't believe it would do what it claimed it could do for my blood pressure. Now I'm a believer.

Stan L, CO RESPeRATE has done far more for me than I had anticipated. I have been able to lower my blood pressure from 190 to 150 with RESPeRATE. "My doctor put me on medications for high blood pressure in mid 2002. At the time my blood pressure was very high, averaging over 190/90. One day in the fall, while jogging I collapsed and ended up in the doctors office. I was told that the medications had lowered my blood pressure too much and that was the reason I collapsed. My doctor decided to take me off the medications after this incident and because I was experiencing other negative side effects. As a result my blood pressure started going back up and I was getting readings over 200 (systolic). It was then that I started looking for other ways to control my blood pressure. One day my wife read about RESPeRATE in Parade magazine and showed it to me. I checked out the RESPeRATE web site and then called for more information which I took to my doctor. My doctor thought it was a good idea for me to try RESPeRATE. I started using RESPeRATE in January 2003. By the end of March my morning systolic readings were below 170, from 190 when I started. I went back to my doctor after eight weeks using RESPeRATE and he told me to keep trying it. After about a year of using RESPeRATE I saw my blood pressure readings drop to about a 150 average. RESPeRATE is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone with high blood pressure. RESPeRATE has done far more for me that I had anticipated." |

M, MA I am very pleased with the RESPeRATE device since it helps me keep my blood pressure within reasonable limits. My doctor recommended RESPeRATE when I developed a very bad reaction to an increased dose of my blood pressure medication. I have had this little machine for over a year and, at this point, I use it every day together with the original low dose of medication. I had to interrupted use for about a week for repairs and also for some medical intervention (unrelated) as a result, my blood pressure started inching up. Aside from the blood pressure advantage, using the device just make me feel better. Tension is lowered and mood is improved. I'm glad to have it. |

Cynthia, RI My blood pressure at one point reached 220/120. According to my doctor, this was caused by stress in my life. The medication I was on was causing me to lose my hair. Then I discovered RESPeRATE. When I started using RESPeRATE, my BP was 188/88. After just 4 weeks of use, it went down to 154/82. When I went to my doctor, her jaw nearly dropped. I now have a much better quality of life. Thank You RESPeRATE!

Carla, Brazil I have to tell you how astounded I am with my RESPeRATE results. I have an enlarged heart and cannot tolerate Blood pressure-lowering medications. I purchased my unit after reading about it, hoping it would lower my readings. I was running anywhere from 135/86- very high with my condition. After two months of use every other evening for 15 minutes, my pressure readings are averaging 118/68. Thank you so much for this natural method of blood pressure reduction. P.S. I had tried Yoga deep breathing on my own, but could not achieve results. In addition to lowering my pressure, I am deeply relaxed after my sessions and look forward to them. |

J.P., Ph.D., PA I have been using the RESPeRATE since August 2003 and have seen significant improvement in my blood pressure. I have been on a regimen of blood pressure medication for many years but have not had dramatic results until I began using the RESPeRATE in combination with medications. It is satisfying to be personally more pro-active in managing my high blood pressure, especially when using the RESPeRATE is so easy and pleasant to use. My doctor was enthusiastic over my BP reading during a recent visit and has recommended the RESPeRATE to several of his patients. |

Vinton McCabe, CT I have been battling hypertension for the better part of three years. In that time, I have gone from doctor to doctor, medical philosophy to medical philosophy, but nothing, neither allopathic drugs nor homeopathic remedies ever managed to lower my blood pressure below150/90. Further, my hypertension was labeled "labile", or erratic. In my case, that meant that by blood pressure would surge as high as 220/110, apparently without cause. It also meant that the blood pressure as measured in each arm could be as far as twenty or more points apart. In early December, 2003, I visited a renowned cardiologist, who suggested to me that my blood pressure might be caused by a tumor on my adrenal gland. Although this was statistically highly unlikely, he strongly suggested that I have a test that, for around $2,000, could determine whether or not the tumor existed. I literally thought at this point that I was at the end. I knew that, because of my high blood pressure, I was in a constant state of risk for stroke, but, because of my high blood pressure (which had, ironically, been discovered during a health insurance exam), no company would sell me health insurance. And three years of doctors visits, tests, etc, had emptied my bank account. When I said that I could not afford another test, the cardiologist shrugged and said that I could, if I wanted, put it off for awhile. After that consultation, I went home and got on the internet, determined to research high blood pressure as completely as possible, in order to find some solution that the doctors had missed. What I found at the Google site was a link to RESPeRATE. Since the link promised relief from high blood pressure without medication, without side effects, I visited the site. And what I found made sense. Given my background in alternative medicine, I was immediately impressed that someone had apparently found a means to taming high blood pressure by re- training patients in something as simple as breathing. Because I knew that a yoga class can certainly lower blood pressure for a time, it made perfect sense to me that a "yoga class in a box" could have the same effect. So I ordered the RESPeRATE. And its impact upon my life and health have been amazing. I found that the breathing exercises lowered my blood pressure almost from the start. And that the deepening and slowing of my breathing also had a centering and calming effect as well. Very soon I found that I looked forward to my time with the RESPeRATE. But most important, I found almost from the first day that the RESPeRATE breathing technique not only lowered my blood pressure, but it also made it less erratic, more steady. And, over time, the acute effect of the RESPeRATE lengthened and deepened. Where at first my blood pressure would lower for two or three hours after I exercised, over the weeks, the period of lowered blood pressure would last longer and longer, until this "RESPeRATE effect" became the norm. My blood pressure decreased from a high "normal of 170/l00 to 120/80. In fact, my blood pressure has, in the past three months, become so low that my doctor has, on two occasions, lowered the amount of my medication. This morning, my blood pressure measured 117/76. And this level has now become my norm. And, just as important, the blood pressure as measured in each arm now seldom varies more than two or three points. In addition to this, the breathing pattern set my the RESPeRATE has also regulated my pulse, which used to be in a state of constant elevation in the high 80s. Now it regularly measures at a calm 76-80. In his last evaluation, my doctor commented that I now have the blood pressure and pulse of an athlete. For a middle-aged man who is struggling to lose weight as he works to quiet his hypertension, this is high praise indeed. I don't really know how I can sufficiently praise your product. The fact that it not only fulfills on its promise to safely and effectively lowe | |||||||||||
