Q: Can I purchase RESPeRATE at my local pharmacy?


A: RESPeRATE is currently available at a select number of pharmacies around the United States. Visit our Pharmacy Locations page or call 1-877-988-9388 (Toll Free) to see if it is available at a pharmacy near you.

RESPeRATE is also available at Amazon.com, Drugstore.com, Walgreens.com and other fine online health-care stores. You may order directly from us, the manufacturer online or by calling 1-877-988-9388.

Q:Does RESPeRATE come with a money-back guarantee?


A: Yes. For purchases made directly at RESPeRATE we guarantee that if you use RESPeRATE as recommended for 30 consecutive days from date of purchase and your blood pressure does not go down, you can return the device and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping). We ask that all returns include the original packaging with the unaltered product including Serial Number and UPC barcode on the RESPeRATE box.

Q:I’ve ordered a RESPeRATE device, when will I receive it?


A: In the continental United States, your RESPeRATE should arrive within 7 business days. Rush order of two business days is also available for an additional fee.

Q:What if I want to return RESPeRATE?

Refunds will only be offered to those individuals who receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a Customer Service representative.

Q:What is the Return Policy?


A: We are so confident that RESPeRATE can lower your blood pressure that we will refund the purchase price (less shipping) if your blood pressure is not reduced within 30 days of using RESPeRATE (15 minutes per day, 3 – 4 times per week). Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from delivery date.

Q:What does the warranty cover?


A: InterCure’s standard warranty includes repair or replacement of any new RESPeRATE device within 1 year of the original retail purchase if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

With the RESPeRATE Cares 3-Year Extended Warranty program, FREE repairs and replacements are covered for an additional 2 years (for a total of 3 years). In addition, all shipping and handling charges are on us.
